Over the last 20 years or so that we've been doing this, we've found three sessions per week to be the most successful. We do have some clients who come in two or four times, but overall, three has created the best results.
Honestly, we're not here to make you sore or miserable. That's doing you a disservice. However, there will occasionally be days when you're sore, but a majority of the time, you should feel good and very capable. We're here to help you improve, not tear you down.
