Yes
Yes, but typically our sessions last between 30 and 45 minutes. Each session includes a warm-up, strength work, flexibility, and cardio.
We offer 2, 3, and 4 times a week. However, after doing this for 20 years, we've discovered 3 times a week is the ideal sweet spot. Twice a week is ideal for maintenance, but three times a week creates progress, momentum, and faster progress, and reduces soreness because you adapt more quickly.
Many of our clients take advantage of our InBody testing. This will tell you what your body composition percentages are, as well as provide the ideal number of calories, grams of protein, fat, and carbohydrates you need to eat each day to achieve your goals.
We do have some clients who winter in warmer areas or vacation for a month, and yes, in those cases, we freeze your membership for the months you're gone. We also have had numerous clients start with two sessions per week and add a third after one month.
